Welcome to RZ3cardsntoys! We are a little side family gig rehoming items we no longer use or want. You will find different things within our store, from sports cards, magazines, books, toys and every now and then clothing. Generally we accept offers that are comparable to going market rates everything listed. If we reject an offer, it’s likely rejected because it would mean the item would be sold at a loss to us if we accept. Please understand items such as GIJoes were bought retail with taxes, sometimes shipping. So when they are sold we must include that plus consider seller fees and promotion fees to break even. So feel free to shoot us an offer with fee considerations included.

We do not accept returns as all sales are final.

    This item was used and damaged. I messaged this seller about the issues and included photos. My photos had a slight error on my part. However, the seller is claiming this is not what they sent to me at all (it is), that the item was new and never ran. The listing was for a "Used" item but it didn't say it was "Unusable" or have a description of any damage. Seller is not helpful whatsoever. Perhaps they should list all of the photos of items they claim to take.

    Buyer took a picture of another damaged locomotive then tried to pass it off as the locomotive I sent. That’s what they are calling the “slight error”. It wasn’t an error it was an attempt to get something for nothing doing an item swap. Avoid this buyer they will item switch you then try to destroy your feedback if you don’t allow the fraudulent activity. Plus eBay allows these people to manipulate the system. They are blocked and their address is banned from future purchases.
