-Our computers are put through a rigorous testing procedure to make sure it functions as if it was straight out of the factory.

- We inspect every component on the computer's motherboard including its capacitors. Repairing this could be more than the price you paid for the computer itself.

- Beyond the thorough testing, we also completely erase all of the previous owner's information to Department of Defense Standards. We do this to ensure the Hard Drive is completely blank and free of any possible harmful files left behind.

-We install a fresh and legally licensed version of Microsoft Windows.

    It arrived perfectly packed with an adapter and big bubble foil, the seller spared no expense to send this PC. The PC has minor scratches but that's expected for a mini PC from 2017, still it is on better conditions I expected, all the ports work fine HDMI and display port (USB c) also work fine, Inside there was no SSD as advertised by the seller, I just installed a SSD and it cranked up right away with no issues nor password for bios. I would say the value you pay for this product is perfect.
