    had to enable some key features in bio's and do some cmd work but got the Getac b300 rugged notebook up and running, changed out the dried out thermal paste and chipset pad as well, a bit surprised that it came with a Samsung enterprise 1tb SSD with windows 10 pro pre installed still going to change out the SSD to a Kingston with aes-256 since the bios indicated the ssd and system has over 12k+ hours of run time on it, not for the everyday user thing weighs a ton with the metal chassis

    We've purchased from this seller before, with very positive results. This time there happened to be an mislabeled description, where the item listed was a higher model than the one we actually received. After contacting the seller he tried to accommodate us by finding the correct model in his inventory, but was unsuccessful. He ended up allowing us to keep the lower end model and he refunded half the price. He replies quickly to messages & is very courteous. Overall, a positive experience.
