Ruze Shoes was built from the ground up starting off as a business venture in the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California. We started selling high-end brands in the store and made the decision to move completely online. Now a strong e-commerce website, Ruze Shoes has grown in many ways. In October 2012, Ruze Shoes moved into a larger building to accommodate the growing inventory, offices and new showroom.     I love these! I bought another pair that came in dece.t time. These were very slow to ship and arrive. They were ordered a day apart and ce a week apart. I inquired, and they don't reapond. Poor communication. I'll keep buying from them cuz they have good prices. They just don't seem to care about customer concerns, and that is disappointing. I just know what to expect if I deal with them again.

I was a bit hesitant to buy because there was no picture showing the item was indeed a WIDE shoe, but that was the description. So, I sent a message to confirm. But, the seller did not respond. I figure this is because of their high voulme. I thought about it and saw the positive ratings and decided to buy and the item was as described. I think this is a trustworthy seller and you can buy with confidence.

    Seller, price and packaging were great, thanks! However, DHL left the package underneath a bush next to the driveway (apparently lazy delivery person) instead of walking it 25 feet to porch (sheltered from view), or 30 feet to the garage door. I could not find it until wlaking the whole yard. DHL stinks!
