    Not universal. The grommet hole was too small for the bolt/ connection to my chair. I cane up with a way to rig it but it’s not “ universal” as stated in the ad. No pictures with size of grommet hole shown or what it measures. I had to add another larger grommet to connect each end of the belt. Not everyone would have the parts needed to put in another connection grommet.
