The price was better than other sellers and an agreed upon offer was quick. The seller included a cable the description said would not be and that is a plus (keeping from a loss of a second star because od the above list).

I understand reusing packaging, since I do so as well, but packaging should be protective of the item. The seller used a Wounded Warriors Project donation envelope to ship my item, and that doesn't provide any protection to an item. So the adapter was packaged in a "frame", which then sits inside a box. That box now needs to go in yet another box, because of optics...? Surely you would not want to pay for the extra weight to ship an extra box... but are giving a NEUTRAL rating. In doing so... you mention that the item WAS AS DESCRIBED, IT ARRIVED SAFELY... so in the end what matters is not that you received your item, it's NEUTRAL because you don't like my envelope. Awesome...
