  For the seller: We received the items ordered BUT they came badly damaged. The cab on the metal train is mashed in and the back of the train is caved in. The train toy cart which is made of polyresin/ceramic is broke in several areas...wheel, xmas tree, star. Putting the items in freezer bags, then into a large box with one sheet of crumpled paper on top does not constitute adequate methods to ship although we paid $15.16 shipping fee. This was ALL due to the sellers lack of proper packaging.

  All damage was clearly shown in the listing photos and fully disclosed before purchase. No message was sent after delivery to report any new issues—we would’ve gladly helped or filed a claim. Leaving negative feedback without giving the seller a chance to resolve the issue, especially from a 0-feedback account, is not acceptable. This will be reported to eBay as potential feedback abuse. Sellers deserve honest, fair feedback and the opportunity to make things right.
