  Ordered 50 linking balloons but received 69 standard balloons. No explanation as to why the wrong item/quantity was sent but the seller did offer a refund if I returned them. I couldn’t get hold of any other balloons in time for the party so I kept and used them. Some had holes in so couldn’t be blown up.

  we asked you to return the item for full refund because you need on same day in which you contacted us about the wrong item and it was difficult for us to send replacement as there was weekend.
