    Thank you for providing feedback on our listing. We have provided prepaid return labels to have those devices returned for a refund. We would like to investigate the situation because the image provided shows the devices have been powered on for over 10 years, but these hard drives were not released until 2019. It also shows only ~256GB of storage but these devices are 16TB. Please have the same devices that were sent returned. We will provide a refund once we receive these same devices back.
