  Definitely NOT as described: Item received did not appear new with defects. Item was deteriorated with elastic dry rot of waistband & leg openings. Garment appeared used. Waistband red/black stripes were faded from being laundered over time. Contacted seller who stated to me: “We expect customers to understand the possibilities that come from buying vintage textiles. Because these are vintage, with original elastic, most buyers are aware of the condition that comes with such age.”
