    Cluster is defective, have tested with known good Cluster on several different machines, will not power down when key is turned off, flashes all warnings in off position. I have bought several before with good results. However this group not so much. Vendor promptly shipped replacement with same result, internal relay not working correctly unfortunately. Bought another from different source, worked correctly.
