  I was sent the wrong monitor than was listed and pictured in the post. The invoice that came along with the monitor in the packaging was the right model, but I was actually sent an Acer monitor instead. It’s frustrating that I was given the wrong item in the first place, but since it would’ve been a direct replacement for my broken monitor, I was fine with it not coming with a stand as it’d be a direct replacement. Instead, I would have to purchase another monitor stand that would be compatible.

  good shipping packaged good not as described cause it was supposed to be a dell latitude e5550 with an i7 5600u with no ram but only ddr3 ram but instead i got a dell latitude 3500 with an i5 8265u with a 250gb m.2 hard drive but no ram and its ddr4 ram better then ddr3 ram but i got a better deal with this laptop so i cant complain and works great great price i would order from this seller again!!!!! thanks for such a great deal

  the product was not in the condition I expected. the ADF scan window has water stains behind the glass. both document feeder exit rollers were broken and came off the first document I scanned. I was repairing a printer that had parts that had gone bad, so I used the parts in the replacement part to repair the original printer.
