    es were just wadded up and forced in the box after I got all the wire undone and hooked everything up it turns out the volume up button is not working so I contact the seller which has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with this guy gave me information to were I can go to buy a whole new remote instead of helping me he pointed me to were I have to pay for a whole new part which he already sold me!!!!
