    I HAVE CANCELLED MY PAYMENT TO YOU, THE SELLER, THROUGH A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD. THIS 5 DISC DVD PLAYER YOU SOLD TO US, DOES NOT WORK, AND THERE IS NO REMOTE CONTROL.YOU SOLD US A PIECE OF JUNK, PROBABLY FROM YOUR GARBAGE, AND THAT'S WHY YOU STATE (NO RETURNS), BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY KNEW THAT YOU WERE SELLING A DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL PRODUCT TO SENIOR CITIZENS, WHICH IS A FELONY. I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITY'S, INCLUDING OUR LAWYERS, AND THE FLA. STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.

    As discussed in private messages, the unit was fully tested and working when we sent it out, definitely not from our "garbage". We attempted to work with you to figure out how the unit was not working properly and you started threating us and refused to tell us how the unit was not operational. We state no returns because we do not do this full time and are limited on space, not because we sell defected products. There is also no way to know on a sale who is buying the item, such as a senior.
