    When the seller went to send me the shoes I ordered, they found out that the wrong size shoe was in the box. Since there was only 1 pair and it was the wrong size I ordered, they promptly refunded my money and sent me a note explaining the circumstances. I appreciated the seller checking the size of the shoes first before they were sent and taking care of the problem quickly.
