  The product wasn't the correct replacement part. I tried to get any exchange for the correct part but was advised, NO refunds or exchanges. I even ask to return the item so it could be sold to someone.... no success! My loss but will not buy from ebay again, too much risk of losing my money!

  The buyer got the correct part that was in the listing. The buyer made the mistake and ordered the wrong part. We are not a Hamilton Beach dealer and do not have a surplus of parts so we didn’t have the one she is actually looking for. That’s why we could not exchange it. There were also no returns on this listing unless damaged or not as described which was not the case here. The buyer knew this prior to purchasing it.
