    This tracking number is still showing as a new tracking number not yet shipped. I’m being told that my package was delivered on the sixth to my mailbox. Actually to the parcel locker. I told him I never received it and he told me the address is correct HONEY. Exactly like that. He had the audacity to call me honey in capital letters after I told him I didn’t receive the box I paid for. If that’s not horrible Customerservice, I don’t know what is. Stay away at all costs. No Customerservice here.

    First, if your address has consistently been filled in the format as in your order, you must have received your item. Second, we make our utmost efforts to inform you of the situation when you contacted us . And our customer service requires no validation from you.
