    Installed this on my FT1000 MP Mk5, works fine, display is bright no more birdies from the old CCFL lamp, did not come either instructions but was easy enough to figure out. Used the e siting 12 bolt DC cable by splicing it with the new DC controller board, used the old rubber gromits to hold the new led light assembly in place very happy with the over all product
