  They shipped a flash compatible with the wrong brand. They sent a Sony Flash and a Canon flash. Knowing full well they are for two different brands of camera. Also, I received my item too late to be used for what I needed it for so I was without the flashes I needed because of their error. They did finally send the correct flashes but without a return label like they were expecting me to pay shipping to return the wrong brand flash back to them. Do better. One star because no 0 available.

  item was 1 state away yet they took 2 days to even ship so it was 4 days Item arrived with manufacture defect i had to take item apart and remove the extra plastic to make it even work, Not really a Good experience overall. then they are trying to sell very old lights for full price of a new ad200 light and sending you spam offers for reduced pricing..

  This was a smooth transaction. The Softbox is exactly what I wanted and it arrived safely and in perfect condition. Delivery was relatively quick, and price was fair.
