There was absolutely NO mention of this major issue in the item description. Before buying, I even messaged the seller specifically asking about the screen condition, and they conveniently left out this critical detail. Now that I’m trying to reach them about the problem, they’re completely ignoring my messages This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.
