Shipping was extremely slow; postage was created the day after order, but item not handed to Royal Mail until a week later after that, eventually arriving after ten days in total. Contacted seller twice in a couple of days asking about posting, but only received a terse reply after the second message. Would have appreciated better comms and delivery overall.

    Very bad experience dealing with this seller - communication was terrible, I had to messaged 3-4 times over the course of 2-3 days to get a response. Dispatch was incredibly late and communication was extremely poor. Overall I’ve had such a bad experience dealing with this seller.
