    Item exactly as described in perfect condition. Delivery was a bit slow but I'll put that down to royal mail, for £5 and free delivery it's hard to argue that you got it on the 28th instead of 26th. Would definitely recommend seller.

    The seller solved the problem, turned it was some mistake with Evri and Royal mail: After speaking with both Evri and Royal Mail, it seems there was a mix-up during the collection process. Instead of Royal Mail returning the item, they sent it to the address on the Evri label, as that was the address shown on the packaging After that seller immediately sent an explanation message and a refund. So all in all good experience, great customer service and communications. Many thanks
