    I never received the item, it seems evri (the worst courier imaginable) lost the parcel! No communication from seller though, overall a very disappointing experience!

    As the seller, what was I supposed to communicate on? I thanked you for your order, and sent you feedback. The item was posted via Evri - as YOU requested. Under the new eBay system of Buyer Protection Plan THEY now process claims for missing items. NOBODY informed ME the item was missing until the claims process was started and ultimately completed to you with a refund. Obviously I am sorry you didn't receive the item, but WHAT was I actually supposed to do...???
