    I don’t mind if a seller sends an item that doesn’t function properly or has an incorrect description, I do mind when one completely ignores my query about it, don’t disrespect your customers!!!! Probably did a web search Sony model # and got the AI description…was completely wrong , unable to complete a project for a long time customer after we’d already invested $250 in a transfer machine for it. It’s a “ONE TIME USE” project that put us behind a week. Amazon 7$ sub works perfectly.
