  Seller seems to have serious issues with accurate descriptions of items. I had planned to let this issue go and simply chalk it up as a loss. After reviewing sellers feedback, a clear pattern arose, inaccurate item descriptions. Seller offered to fix things, but after several messages, never said how. Seller initially acted as though an item she claimed 80% which in reality was 10% was no probIem. I hope she slows down, & look her items over closely & may accurately describe them going forward.

  I'm sorry that I made a mistake in the fluid ounces, but I didn't mistake how much cologne was remaining in the container. And to say that I have "serious issues" is a little silly since this was only my 2nd bad feedback for INAD. I gave this man a full refund and let him keep the cologne and he still wrote this negative feedback. I take great pride in my Ebay store and in the products I sell. I kindly asked you to reconsider this review and you flat out said no. Thank you for listening, Rosanne
