Hello, and welcome to P.E. Flips. Here you will find all sorts of used mens' & womens' clothing. Everything from shoes, shorts, and ties to jeans, sneakers, and hats. I personally select, launder, photograph, bag,list and ship EVERYTHING that flows through my store. I am a one man show in every way. I ship everything within one business day of time of puchase and offer free returns for up to 30 days. If it doesn't fit or if you aren't satisfied, send it back for a refund; no questions asked. I do my best to point out any flaws with anything I sell and make you (the buyer) aware of any issues with a garment. However, nobody's perfect. The Necktie arrived being well packaged, clean, and intact from the Seller and the USPS. The Necktie looked in my 'physical presence' as described on the eBay website. (But not as 'photographed' on the eBay website.) The price was very reasonable also.
