We have no need nor would we ever sell/ship a broken item. This review was left before there was even a chance to resolve the issue at hand. We have plenty of reviews praising our parts arriving just as described and very fair pricing. We try our best to resolve every problem but some are beyond our control.

I was told to expect it around may 29th to June 2nd and here we are on 6th and I still dont have it and was planning on going away and needed my boat up and running for my trip but now I won't have time to install it before I leave nevermind try it to make sure it is in working order. A little disappointing.
