    Item was not new, one wire inside the cover loose and a jumper had been changed from factory default. Item works fine.

    Because of the way the seller has configured the transaction, I have no way to communicate other than the feedback facility. The problem is that the calibrator which comes with the level sensor is missing from both packages. The KUS CLS installer manual says that this included part is needed. Everything else about this transaction is excellent, fast shipping and well packaged. Please contact me and advise if you have the calibrator or can advise.

    Hello, I apologies for the lack of parts...For our application we didn't have those calibrators, and the level sensors worked as they should. They were installed on industrial heaters with large diesel tanks.
