I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.

FYI, if you use this raid controller outside of an HP machine like I did, there is no way to plug in the BBU, and without it, the card disables the onboard cache.
