    i do NOT want to leave negative feedback-i do not do lightly. in 2500+ transactions, i have left negative feedback less than 1/2 of 1% of the time. In this case, i have contacted the vendor 3x in 1 week and received no response. THIS TUBE ARRIVED completely nonfunctional/DOA after presumably being tested on an AVO Mk IV. i understand. mistakes happen. but not responding to 3 messages over the course of a week and failing to offer prompt professional win-win solutions is simply unacceptable.

    dear paolo, i am truly so sorry to leave negative feedback. before doing so, i repeatedly asked you to provide a solution for the bad tube. however, you did not respond to any of my three messages until the instant i left negative feedback. how could i return the tube? 1. you have no return policy stated in your listing. 2. you did not respond to my three messages and suggest that i return the tube. 3. the time and $$ it would take to repackage/return the tube is worth more than the tube-W/R, s
