Phantom Bookshop is owned by John Anthony Miller, a fine artist and rare bookseller for 45 years, assisted by Howard Paxton and Katie Crawford Patch Miller. We are booksellers, having an Internet presence since 1995 specializing in antiquarian, used, rare, esoteric books and ephemera. John shares his passion for books quite naturally and is a unique personality in the book world. . Ray Bradbury stated Phantom Bookshop was one of his three favorite book shops to sign books. Buddy Ebsen called the shop his "launching pad" for his book "The Other Side of Oz." Robert Bloch had his last book signing at Phantom Books, and we could cite more exciting examples. Gary Owens the famous American disc jockey, voice actor, radio announcer, and personality from "Laugh-In" stated Phantom Bookshop is "The bookshop to the stars."

    The book was sent very well packaged within the time stated in the listing. I messaged this customer and stated the exact shipping price, as calculated by eBay, the customer wrote replied stating the shipping price was okay. Considering that I sent a mint signed copy of the first edition of "Intensity" by Dean Koontz, at a discounted price, this neutral feedback is unwarranted. I do not need customers such as this considering my expertise and the quality of books and rare items I offer.
