Perks Electronics shipped me the camera without the owner's manual. I contacted the seller. I explained the manual was missing. The person responding said,"You know you can get it online." I told him or her that I wanted the original manual. He or she said he or she would see if he or she could find one. Then no communication at all. I find that completely unacceptable.
