    I never used the product product is brand new still in the box with the same plastics on it. I was advised that my arms were bad when really they’re not I’ve contacted the seller. But they are reluctant and sending the return label. They would like me to purchase another label for more than half the price of the product. I only wanted a prepaid shipping label.
