    Item arrived promptly without damage to contents . Packaging was broken open but nothing damaged. It contained the wrong return slip but again not a problem. I returned the item as I felt it wasn't in as good condition as I expected... a bit of glaze cracking and discolouration that didn't show up.in the photo. No.problem so far with the return which I posted back today
