  The listing stated the box was damaged, but nothing about the discs. After purchasing, I asked the seller to confirm the DVDs were fine. They replied they did not know and suggested I look elsewhere. I immediately requested cancellation and refund several times, but they ignored me and shipped the order anyway. This shows disregard for clear buyer requests and no certainty about the item’s condition. Completely unprofessional. One star.

  How should people know the discs in the SEALED set are fine or not?!? (We will know when we not see the physical defect on data side & the discs can be played like they’re supposed to. Then, we asked the buyer to consider getting the non-damaged one to ease her mind (which we have in other listing for $2 higher. Then, we did hold her shipment. Unfortunately, we do not check/reply our inbox on weekends & do it just once a day on workdays. Her return request msg came in Fri & we refunded Monday

  Item as described, shipped promptly, packed fine. Good price! Condition is as expected - there are 14 DVDs packed into each of the boxes and they rattle and bump into each other, so some scratches were not unexpected even though it was brand new.

  Blu-Ray set arrived sealed as described, but the bottom part of the box was damaged (ripped completely at the bottom), while still underneath the seal. Assumedly not a reseal, and discs arrived undamaged and working. 10/10 seller.
