    Still having Parcelona headbands that I still use for over a decade certainly shows they are of great quality. They never lost any comb teeth and still have a great luster. The Parcelona 3/4 headbands that arrived a few days ago were packaged securely in a paper mailer and bubble wrap which shows the seller wants his item to arrive in perfect condition. The bands are highly polished with two rows of uniform teeth underneath running ear to ear which gives me a perfect poof or combed back look💕.
