  Product arrived as ordered without any problems. Product was installed and only time will tell if it's a lasting reliable product. The only problem with my transaction was with the delivery personnel; they simply threw the ordered item on my driveway which caused my wife to run over it when she used her car. What's so wrong with at least placing it in the front porch? Very poor service on delivery person's behalf.

  Everything arrived Okay. The items shown were not in a point of purchase package, they were just included in a brown box. it all seems to be okay. There was no invoice or contents list so also no details re: 1yr warranty. Some of the hardware was not included and I had to use the old to attach small pulleys. Value remains to be seen. II am hoping for the best.
