  I purchased two Magtek RS232 scanners, but neither worked. One scanner fails to transmit the image, and the other has damaged the rubber band that guides the check through the slot. Although I understand these items are used, they are supposed to be used under fair conditions. They were not. I contacted the seller through eBay's message system two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive a response. I will request the refund and report this seller. Do not buy from these people.
