The seller is not responding to my messages. I’ve asked them to confirm the delivery address as it showing as delivered but I’ve not received top. I’ve explained that their is 3 flates with different names but share the same postcode and I believe they printed of the wrong address using the postcode and not checked the correct delivery address which is on my eBay account.
With this now I will have to wait and get eBay involved to get my refund..

As for the shipping address, we gave the correct address to our overseas shipping agent, but they changed it to a different address by mistake. We have sent you an email with proof of this, but in any case, there is no doubt that we couldn't deliver the product to you, and we have just issued a full refund. We are truly sorry for the trouble.

I would not trust this seller. I knew there was a no return policy so I was very careful to order a mens small which was the correct size. I received a woman's extra small, which is more like a child's size. The seller was uncooperative and refused to accept a return.

This buyer claims that we altered the item page after his return request. We repeatedly explained that eBay’s system does not allow such changes, as it is designed to prevent unfair transactions. However, he concluded that we were lying. As shown on the item page, we listed the item as a women’s size XS. Our listing clearly states that we do not accept returns simply because the item does not fit the buyer. We declined the return as he tried to shift the blame for his carelessness onto us.
