    Very, very disappointed and at the same time grateful to eBay. I purchased a Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra necklace with authenticity certificate as a birthday gift. As it turned out, the sellers necklace and certificate were counterfeit, the item failed to pass the eBay authenticity guarantee. Thankfully eBay did a great job authenticating the item and when it failed to pass, they quickly refunded the $2,544.00 purchase price.
