    After ten days and my inquiry as to why the DVD I purchased was not shipped, seller refunded my entire amount and said they would ship item for free. The item still has not happened. I purchased three DVDs the same day from three different sellers. I have received and watched two of the three while waiting for the third from this seller to ship. I appreciate the refund but not the end result.
