    The box looked new in the picture on the website, but was a damaged box when it arrived. The cartridge tries to work, but the internal wiper does not clean the internal photo drum after the toner is transferred to the paper. A second printing of the same print job results in multiple images caused by remaining toner on the photo drum from the previous print job.
