    Perfectly packed, great instructions, and the key to reset the waste ink counter was nice, since I had trouble with the open-source Python version, which uses SNMP and thus requires working networking. The replacement pads themselves worked a treat. I really appreciated the bits of philosophy in the instructions (about why we don't need to keep throwing printers that work fine in the landfills). Much appreciated, will use again.
