    12 days after purchase item still hadnt been shipped without any updates, or being contacted from the seller. Reached out on day 10 looking for updates with no reply. Sent a second message day 12 and used the ebay service to open claim to contact seller saying I was still hoping to recieve it, and just got a refund same day without a response from seller or explanation for the issues. I am disappointed. I understand things happen which is why communication is so important.
