  I ordered a gray sun visor for my vehicle & they sent me tan. So I very politely sent them a message asked them to send me a return label so that I could return it so they can send me the right color. We've been going back & forth & they're telling me that they sent me gray even though I sent them pictures. Now they want me to spend money to ship it back. This $11 item sent the wrong color.   I purchased the automobile neck pillow and did not like the way the product’s attachment strap secures it to the headrest posts. The seller is saying this is not a satisfactory reason to return the product and is only offering me a $5 credit on a $25 purchase price and they are not offering a full return. Horrible return policy.
