    Pen so far works great! Shipping took quite awhile almost 2 weeks even though I was told there was a 3 day turnaround from purchase. Purchased on evening of the 7th item not mailed till 12th. Other than that everything was ok

    There seems to be a misunderstanding. Orders are processed within 3 days and delivered within 5 days—including weekends—for a total of up to 8 days from order to delivery. Most orders are processed even faster than the allotted time.
