    Sorry for your experience. Before shipping, we install, setup, and test every Windows installation for UEFI boot. If UEFI is Disabled in BIOS, Windows will boot to a BSOD. Please ensure changing your BIOS setting by tapping F2 to enter BIOS...and then changing that setting in BOOT Options. Thanks!
