    Our store went through a Promotion glitch and items were drafted in this glitch and we did reached out to each buyer to advise of issue and provided an explanation but some people are just not understanding as others are. We have been selling on eBay since 2009 and this was the first we ever experienced this glitch. We are honest and handle things to the best of our abilities. Sad to see some people just don't want to be empathetic of others and all they think is everything for themselves.
