    Buyer left retaliatory feedback because I wouldn t refund him while USPS conducted a missing mail search. Buyer is totally unreasonable and refused to comply with the standard procedure of waiting for the third party (USPS) to complete their inquiry into this matter. Buyer repeatedly sent harassing and threatening messages to seller threatening to damage sellers reputation by leaving negative feedback. Seller has complied with all of EBay s policies for the situation.
