    Item was not as advertised as instead of having a 1920x1080 screen, it came with a 1366x768. Seller updated listing but I needed to involve Ebay customer services to get the seller to start the return process. Once this happened, the laptop was collected and a refund issued. Lots of faf, time spent, waiting and in the end, I didn't even get the item I ordered.

    There was a typo in the description from older listing, we corrected that, and usually returns are automated, in this case due to the reason requested for return it required a manual acceptance of return which was overlooked as reliant on auto process but soon as we saw it we fixed the issue.
